Sneaks Up, one of our valued clients, approached us with an exciting project to promote the new Asics GT-2160 shoe. The objective was to create an immersive universe within the activation space at Kanyon Mall, captivating visitors and celebrating the launch of the shoe with a nostalgic Y2K theme.

Collage Workshop with Selva Kaya
The event kicked off with a unique collage workshop led by our talented collage artist, Selva Kaya. Six influencers were invited to participate, guided by Selva to create collage installations on the Asics GT-2160 shoebox. These personalized art pieces were then displayed in the event space for the entire three-day duration, adding a dynamic and creative element to the activation.

Branded Event Space Design with Lumos Events
To ensure the event space was visually captivating, Selva designed bespoke collage installations printed on forex, incorporating physical objects for an analog feel. We partnered with Lumos Events, our trusted event solution company, to select and install props that perfectly reflected the Y2K theme. Together, we created an engaging and visually cohesive space that transported visitors back to the early 2000s.

Branded Paper Doll Design
As a special touch, Sneaks Up requested a branded paper doll design to be given as a gift to visitors. Our designer, Günseli Sepici, crafted a gender-neutral young Asics wearer complete with stylish accessories. Her design combined the playful essence of paper dolls with the contemporary cool vibe of Asics, making it a memorable keepsake for attendees.

The Asics GT-2160 activation at Kanyon Mall was a resounding success, drawing in crowds and creating a buzz around the new shoe launch. Our collaboration with Sneaks Up, along with the creative input from Selva Kaya and Günseli Sepici, resulted in a unique and engaging event that left a lasting impression on visitors.
