Ege embraces generous listening as the cornerstone of creative problem-solving. Her extensive background in sociology, anthropology, and art, coupled with her expertise in curatorial studies, project management, and event coordination, has refined her ability to nurture joyful and ethical creative spaces. She derives fulfillment from crafting meaningful solutions, grounded in asking the right questions. As the co-founder of fam°, Ege is dedicated to ensuring her projects not only foster a positive societal and environmental impact but also bolster the strength of creative communities.

Selen defines herself as a people person. Armed with a degree in architecture, she took a leap into marketing, where she discovered her love for blending creativity with strategy. Now, as the co-founder of fam°, she brings together her passion for art and knack for project management. With her warm demeanor and boundless creativity, Selen ensures every project is not just executed flawlessly, but also encourages a sense of joy and connection. In her world, work isn’t just a task, it’s a delightful adventure where collaboration and creativity intertwine to create meaningful experiences for all involved.
Project Assistant
Musa Can Durmaz graduated from the English Architecture Department of Beykent University in Istanbul in 2024. Throughout his education, he took on roles focused on communication, design, and architecture at institutions such as the Istanbul Planning Agency, Friedrich Naumann Foundation, and the Truth Justice Memory Center, as well as in various European Union projects. Since October 2023, he has been working as a Project Assistant / Communication Officer at fam°.
